Privacy policy

We're a small, locally owned business. We collect only what we need to quote, schedule and service your lights, and we never sell your information.

What we collect

• What you tell us: your name, mobile number, email, address, home details, color and add-on choices, photos you upload, and messages you send us.
• Booking and payment: your install date, the name you type to sign the Service Agreement, and payment status. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• Consent records: if you agree to texts, we keep the time, IP address and wording you agreed to.
• Website use: pages visited, the ad or link that brought you here (UTM tags), device and browser type, collected with cookies and similar tools from Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel.

How we use it

• To send your quote, schedule and confirm your install, fix outages, and take your lights down.
• To text or email you about your quote and booking. Marketing texts go only to people who checked the SMS consent box.
• To understand which ads and flyers work, so we spend less on advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the services that help us run the business: website hosting (Vercel), customer records, scheduling and invoicing (Jobber), payments (Stripe), texting (Quo), email (Resend), and advertising and analytics (Google and Meta). They may use it only to provide their service to us. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing.

Cookies and ads

Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel set cookies to measure visits and show our ads to people likely to want them. You can block cookies in your browser, use Google's opt-out at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and manage ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram settings.

How long we keep it

We keep customer records while you're a customer and for up to 3 years after, for taxes and warranty questions. Quotes that never book are deleted after 2 years. Ask anytime and we'll delete your information unless the law requires us to keep it.

Kids

Our site is for adults booking services for their homes. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
