How much do Christmas lights cost to install?
We price by the foot: $6.50 for single-story roofline, $7.50 for second-story and peaks. Packages start at $650. A typical 180 ft two-story home is $1,230.

What's included?
Everything. Commercial-grade C9 LED lights (we supply them), a pro install with clips, outages fixed within 24 hours, January takedown, and labeled storage so we can rehang them next year.
Do you use nails or staples?
Never. Clips only. No nails, no staples, no holes in your home.
How do I book, and how much is the deposit?
Get your price, pick your colors and date, then pay a 50% deposit to lock it in. The balance is due on install day. We take card, Venmo, Zelle or cash (no checks).
What if my final price is different from my quote?
Your final invoice is never more than 10% over your quote without your OK. We confirm everything on site before we start.
What if a section goes out?
Text us a photo. Outages fixed within 24 hours, free, through Dec 31.
Which areas do you serve?
Homes within about 25 minutes of Carrollton: Carrollton, Farmers Branch, Addison, Coppell, Lewisville and Castle Hills, Far North Dallas, Flower Mound, Highland Village, The Colony, Plano, Richardson, Irving and Las Colinas, Frisco and north Grapevine. Frisco, east Plano and Grapevine have a $50 trip fee.
When do you install and take lights down?
We install Nov 9 through Dec 23. Takedown runs Jan 2 through Jan 20, and we store your lights for next year.
Is there an early-bird discount?
Yes. Pay your deposit by Nov 21 at 11:59 pm and take $100 off. The $650 minimum still applies.
Do you offer a neighbor discount?
Yes. When 2 or more homes on the same street book, each one saves $50. And if you refer a neighbor, we send you $50 when their job is paid in full.
What colors can I pick?
Warm white, cool white, multicolor, red and white, red and green, or blue and white, all at no extra cost. Team colors or a custom 3+ color pattern add $0.50 per foot.
What about wreaths, garland and trees?
We hang pre-lit wreaths from $85, garland at $14/ft, bush wraps from $40 and trunk wraps from $85. Each add-on is installed, maintained, removed and stored just like your roofline.
Are you insured?
Yes, we carry general liability insurance. We use roof shoes and proper ladders on every job.
Can I cancel?
Full refund if you cancel 72+ hours before install. After that, your deposit moves to a new date this season.
Do you have a rush fee?
Bookings made Dec 10 or later have a $100 rush fee. Book earlier and you'll never see it.
Do you light businesses, HOAs and churches?
Yes. Commercial projects start at $1,200, and we can send a certificate of insurance. Text or call us for a commercial quote.
